In order to help home sellers in this tight economy, Sun Properties offers Alaska home sellers a discounted commission of 4.5%. We always pay the "selling office", the office that brings a buyer to your home, 2.5% commission.

We review current market data to insure your home is priced right in the market and we provide photos, professional signs and flyers.
